On January 1, 1981, I opened my own law firm specializing in probate, estate administration, wills, trusts, and estate planning. The purpose of the firm is to earn the confidence, trust, and respect of its clients and colleagues by delivering high quality legal services in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost and providing the personal attention all clients expect and deserve. My top priority is to act in your best interest when it comes to helping you make choices that are right for you.
The practice of law is a service business, and I am dedicated to effectively and efficiently serving the needs of my clients. I will respond to my clients’ needs as expeditiously as practicable under the circumstances. I am available to meet with clients at their residence or place of business or other mutally agreeable location.
The handling of intestate estates (one dies without a will) is a particular specialty of mine. Making the right decision as to how to proceed with the handling of an intestate estate is crucial. There are a myriad of alternatives to consider and compare. My job is to determine, based on the particular facts and circumstances of each case, the most cost effective solution which will enable the heirs to succeed to the property to which they are entitled.
If you would like to work with an attorney who considers his reputation, professionalism, and integrity of the utmost importance and is conscientious, diligent, dependable, motivated, and eager to please, then I am the attorney for you. I will handle your case as if it were my own case, i.e. with the same degree of care, thoroughness, and attention to detail. I believe that if I do a good job for you, then you will afford me the opportunity to assist you again in the future and recommend me to your family, friends, and colleagues. I value my relationships with my clients and strive hard to continue those relationships.
Losing a loved one is difficult. In this stressful time, legal and financial issues may seem overwhelming. My expertise in handling the many steps involved in settling an estate in a compassionate manner and in dealing with the legal and financial issues can help ensure your peace of mind and minimize the disruption in your life.
